Personal Information may include your name, member number, home or other physical address, Social Security number, telephone number, and email address. We do not collect Personal Information from you when you simply browse our Sites. However, our Sites may collect non-Personal Information such as your IP address and device identifier.

We take your online privacy seriously and make the safeguarding of your Personal Information a priority. We collect Personal Information only as allowed by law. Use of the internet makes it possible for other parties to collect data about your online activities over time and across different websites, including when you use our Sites.



3. With Whom Do We Share the Information We Collect?

We may share your Personal Information with affiliates in accordance with the practices set forth in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your Personal Information. We may use or share your non-Personal Information to enhance your experience on our Sites, to help deliver our ads on your web browser, and to measure advertising campaign effectiveness.

Our Sites use the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site or who have previously visited a specific page. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our website.

This website also uses the Google Analytics Advertising Features to collect data about our traffic. This data could include visitors’ age, gender, and interests. This data is used to better serve our site visitors.

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) restricts the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Information from and about children under the age of 13 on the Internet. In compliance with COPPA, WebFirst Insurance, LLC is committed to protecting the online privacy of the children who visit our website. The Sites and online services are not directed to children under the age of 13, nor is information knowingly collected from children under the age of 13. Should WebFirst Insurance, LLC receive information (name, address, email, account number, telephone, social security number) from a child known to be under 13, the information will only be used to respond directly to the child, seek parental consent, or provide parental notice.
